Search for a host site continues.....

After not having enough customisable elements on Foliodrop, I tried Wix, where it was like a playground! tasteful Clip art, fully customisable, so many layout options.... and then this:

I have to spend MORE MONEY?! I have already bought my domain name and to simply link it to their site i have to take out another payment plan.... it looked all so good.

My site before disaster ....

I will continue my search for a hosting site to attactch my domain name... I will keep Wix though.

Presentation

The feed back I had from my presentation included positive about my screen printed cat series, and I was recommended to follow up Tinsmiths, St Judes printmaker and show them my work. The printmakers within their realm include Mark Harald.

I intend to work on my website to suit me and make it more customisable - I am currently using Foliodrop but I’m looking at Wix as well.

Clever bagger to print on would also be good, a natural hemp fabric for the base.

Draft business card

Series of screen prints, draft business cards and hand out. 

The designs in corner bottom right, I am looking into grey board to make them out of, to screen print and laser cut.

Instagram account

Instagram is an enormous social circle, Where I follow most of my favourite illustrators, artists and makers. I enjoy the updates as their websites show finished work, where as usually their Instagram (or Tumblr) shows the process behind it, sketches and their studio life. These insights draw us in.

Postcard posters

Using screen print, these small posters can be hung up on the fridge or used as a postcard. Using two colours, green and orange, they create a zingy image. I’m glad the texture of the graphite pencil has been carried well.
